You can secure your spot by paying a R100 deposit per stall (bring your table, chair, and gazebo). For a premium experience, huts are available for rent at R300 (limited availability). Terms and conditions apply.

Notice to All Food & Beverage Traders – Gecko Market
The City of Johannesburg requires that all traders selling food or beverages at markets comply with hygiene regulations. This includes completing and submitting the necessary application form in terms of Regulation 3 (2) of the Regulations Governing General Hygiene Requirements for Food Premises, the Transport of Food and Related Matters (No. R638 of 22 June 2018, GN No. 41730).
We kindly request all food and beverage traders to apply as soon as possible to ensure compliance. The City has assured us they will do their best to assist applicants before the upcoming market.
